Tamara is a data and analytics professional with over 10 years of experience in driving organisational transformation. Leading the Data & Insight Team at UNiDAYS, Tamara owns the global data strategy and is responsible for the Data Architecture & Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Science teams. She is spearheading change at UNiDAYS, improving the company’s capability to use data to create innovative products for its students and partners.
Following a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Operational Research, Tamara’s analytical career started at Capgemini Consulting before she took roles at Channel 4 and YOOX Net-A-Porter Group. She was profiled as one of the Top 20 Women in Data by The Female Lead in 2017.
