Selina is a qualified and registered Business Psychologist and Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute.

She is Head of the Nurture Academy at Eden Smith, which provides learning and development workshops, seminars, and mentoring opportunities.

With over 9 years of experience in developing businesses and people, Selina has designed and delivered a series of learning and behaviour change interventions to a range of FTSE 250 organisations, as well as coaching executives and students.

Selina brings a wealth of organisational insight, combined with a deep knowledge of human behaviour and motivation that supports and inspires our students on a journey to business readiness.
