Pratim runs the Specialist Solutions Architecture team focused on Data & AI for the Customer Success Unit for our Global and Strategic customers. Since joining Microsoft, Pratim has created a formal engagement model for Solutions Architects to support our large global and strategic customers. Pratim has also been actively working towards building thought leadership and partner echo system for Microsoft Data and AI services. Pratim is key member of the Microsoft UK team building a peer to peer Chief Data Officer community. Pratim’s special interests are around operational excellence for petabyte scale analytics, and design patterns covering “good” data architecture including governance, catalogue and lineage. Pratim and his team and involved in driving business impact through advanced analytics. Pratim believes by using the right mix of technology, business and pragmatism is the way to make customer journeys successful.
