Hi!! I'm Jon - I'm a multi-lingual, Terry Pratchett-loving, data-wrangling, Metal revelling (oh yes M/) strategist, amateur* chef, and intelligence handling specialist - I've worked in the NHS for the better part of 9 years, and in regulation for the last three, currently at the NMC as their Data Governance Manager.

My Big Thing throughout the whole of this time has been getting the right information, to the right people, at the right time, to support them to make better decisions.

I'll be talking you through the approach I've taken to Data Governance at the NMC - how we've tailored it to the organisation, and how you can build on this knowledge to help you improve your organisation's data and decision making.
