Flemming has 20+ years of International Sales leadership experienced in Software and Enterprise IT solutions, spanning all of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region. Including Direct and In-direct sales GTM experience in multi-cultural environments with specific expertise in the vertical industries of Service Providers/Cloud SP's and Digital based Enterprises.

He has a strong proven ability to engage with people across all cultures and business functional levels both internally in his own organisation and especially when connecting together with his teams at all level of the customer. He has first class C-level negotiation skills and is very much a hand-on Sales leader in his day to day business execution.

Flemming has built several high performance sales teams leading by example with a "can do" attitude and has attracted some of the industries best talent by creating a positive working Sales environment encouraging talented people to deliver "discretionary effort" above and beyond at every level. Thereby building sustainable business growth where Key Talent thrive and delivers above their industry peers.

He strongly believes the key to exponential growth and maximum success in the Information Technology industry overall lies in domain expertise with complete and full understanding of the real business values and impact each solution brings to the end-user clients and their customers.

Based in London (UK), Flemming is always looking to improve his personal value in his chosen industry by learning, adapting and growing together with his commercial teams in a positive collaborative working environment.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time, travelling and exploring New places with his family and 3 children and enjoys scuba diving, skiing and the occasional game of Golf when times allow.
