Damian De Conno is the Global Data, Reporting and Analytics Account Manager for Corporate Functions at British American Tobacco covering HR, Finance, Legal & External Affairs and IT. Most recently he has worked on BAT’s group-wide analytics strategy and delivered global finance and HR analytics projects reaching 180+ countries worldwide. He started his career in Australia and spent most of his 20+ years before Analytics managing and implementing large Finance and HR systems transformation projects. He has a degree in Economics and Accounting but prefers data and analytics challenges. He is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and taught a bulldog to skateboard.
