From the initial buy-in and organic growth of Domo to expanding its use and driving behavioural change, you’ll learn how to successfully adopt a business cloud solution across your company while overcoming challenges along the way. These measures include: 

• Defining and assign roles to key players 
• Building relationships with users who have a variety of technical requirements
• Streamlining data connections to legacy/old sources
• Creating standardised data models that are easier to manage. 

With previous experience analysing global business insights for WaterAid, Helen has first-hand experience in how you can run and maintain a data-driven workforce.
