With many respondents indicating that they would be moving their analytical workloads to the cloud, one such trend is the movement towards using a scalable, pay as you go, cloud-native analytical DBMS to support modern data warehousing. This gives users the capability to handle different types of analytical query workload, scalable ELT processing, real-time data and in-database analytics and allows trusted data to be easily shared across organisations in the cloud.
